Full and rich. Vibrant nose. Immediate awakening of my senses. Finished like velvet. If red rose petals could be dipped in dark chocolate and served, perhaps they would remind me of this local goodness from Castle Rock, CO. My friend gifted it to me and i am so glad she did! — 11 years ago

Sutcliffe Chardonnay is so pleasant! Nice acidity, not overpowering. Maybe a hint of melon and lightly oaked? Who knows. I'm learning. I was hoping for a more energetic expression, but she is a modest girl, i think. Need a soothing chardy? This 2012 vintage fits the bill. — 11 years ago
