That's a rich, spicy Zinfandel with a nice aftertaste. It makes me realize how much I like Zin. I wonder how it would taste if I let it go for another year. — 4 years ago
Okay, no one is confusing this with a Chateau Margeaux, but that's only because it lacks the really deep complexity. And many other ways, it has the rich depth and smooth tannins and even some of the aromas of the real thing. Lovely one. — 4 years ago
What a surprise. There's a reason unionville usually blends Cabernet, but this one really stood out on its own. Very smooth with quite a bit going on. — 4 years ago
Much better than I thought it would be. White with a little bit of fruit and not too much in the way of tannins. Very drinkable — 4 years ago
This is just flat-out fabulous. White, wonderful taste and aroma. It reminds me of walking through a winery, as if I took the smells and somehow distilled them like a cognac so they were just the very top end of the most lovely smells. Great bottle of wine. And I couldn't tell you if it's berries or not, something I can't put my finger on at all. — 4 years ago
Took forever to open up, next time let it go 45 minutes before drinking. Very simple, decent aroma, splash at the end which makes it good for fatty meats like brisket. — 4 years ago
It took about 40 minutes to open properly, maybe even longer. Very light, not much of a pinot taste to it. — 4 years ago
It did not taste like any pino I've ever had. Lots of dense berry flavors, particularly raspberry. It went okay with food and it was refreshing after the shock of the first taste, but I don't know if I would buy it again. — 4 years ago
Nice rounded wine, clean, not very complex but nice with a meal. — 4 years ago

This really should have been aired out for an hour before drinking. I drank it too early and it was quite the acid bomb. But then I let it swirl in the class and it opened up and was fabulous. Lots of aroma, nice backbone, very fine structured Pinot. — 4 years ago
