This wines gets better the older it gets (I believe my first encounter with it was the 1997 in 2011, and it was far and away the best wine I'd ever tasted) but this 2010 bottle was still fabulous. Tart and just dry enough, bold, dripping with character. Perfect for spicy dishes, tomato based pasta sauce, and red meat. — 11 years ago
