Who knew wines from Mexico would taste so amazing! The land of Tequila somehow made this right. Made from the oldest winery in the Americas, this wine is surprisingly light to medium bodied, with beautiful ripe fruit and distinguished tannins. A must try. I may be partial to Amarone, because it's my fav! Notes of sweet fig preserves, strawberries, spices and herbs. Soft tannins! Can age for 30-40 years! ❤️❤️❤️ — 7 years ago

Exceptional for $15 Conplex, medium bodied wine. On the nose I get violets, lavender, and leather. Wine takes a complete turn with leather, tobacco, and bell pepper. Delicious on it's own, or carne asada or steak. Something with spice. Not the best wine in the world but an amazing value for $15 — 7 years ago
