Incredibly youthful for a 20 year Naoa Cabernet. Group blind guessed it as a modern style from old world, 10+years old. Gorgeous nose of black licorice, dried herbs, and a supple, silky texture despite its abundance of tannin.
Had the 04 02 and 99. Great winemaker, sad loss last year. The jeune rouge is a good everyday wine
