The wine was very closed in the first two days and only maybe had a hint of floral notes on the nose and the wine was largely flat on the palate. However, it really started to open up a week later in the fridge and strawberry fruit started to show with nice structure. Stunning wine that I can drink for days. — 2 years ago

Black and cherry fruit forward. Good structure and fine tannins. Goes well with a good spicy hot pot with meats. — 7 years ago

Don’t have much experience with Brett but maybe that’s the stuff I didn’t like about this wine in the first few days. When that blew off this wine had herbaceous notes and was borderline savory for me. Don’t have a great reference point for such a wine but hopefully I get more opportunities to taste more of this in the future. — 2 years ago
