Oddly the eldest of the night but had the most tannins, significantly more than its 2017 brother. — 2 years ago
A favourite of the night. Luxurious nose of berries, refined balance and beauty in the mouth and a long linger! — 2 years ago
Great, bold, heavily spiced Napa Cab. that stood out like the arrogant American tourist with the European elegance of the flight. Being American, it made me smile. Let it breathe, it settled down and showcased why it deserved a seat at the table. (I may have enjoyed listening to the gentleman across from me have to take back his initial thoughts) — 2 years ago
A wonderful Winter Blanc de Blanc- gorgeous masculine champagne with musky. Quite different than others, but perfect for the cold months. — 5 months ago
Still tightly wound but the more air and time the more it opened up to dark berries and leather with refined balance. — 2 years ago
A delightful drop, drinking beautifully now. Gorgeous nose, perfect amount of spice and berry with a brighter palette. — 2 years ago
Ameilia Douglas
2014 vintage. Lovely nose with cherry and plum full body. 14.5% alcohol content is visible but well woven into the structure. Lingering beautifully a minute after tasting. Strong tannin structure, 5+ years to go. Three hour decanting to fully experience the bouquet. — a month ago
