Côtes de Provence Sparkling Rosé Blend 2019
The first glass seemed a bit bitter but fruity. Once paired with sharp cheddar it was delicious.
Paired well with cheddar and better after aired for awhile.
Better after letting it air for awhile. Good when paired with sharp cheddar cheese!
