Really light and smooth. Great in any season when you want a light red. A blend of Sangiovese and Merlot. So fresh and fruity with a bit of green pepper on the nose. A really good buy for the price point, which justifies the high rating! Can drink alone, or my favourite dish with it is gnocchi and crushed tomatoes — 7 years ago

Citrus, grass, a bit of grapefruit. It's bright and acidic, good for a sunny afternoon. Not terribly complex but a good buy for your money. — 8 years ago

Easy drinking wine, really enjoyable. Lots of red fruit and vanilla. I got a liquorice finish. Will definitely drink again. Great price point and quality. — 7 years ago

Blend of Merlot, Cab Franc and Cab Sauv. Smells earthy, with chocolate and cassis. Higher in tannins than expected. Notes of black raspberry, stewed plums and liquorice. — 8 years ago

100% ciliegiolo grape in Tuscany. Aroma of strawberry, raspberry, olive, mint, vanilla and a touch of leather. Smooth and fresh on the tongue. Taste is also strawberry and raspberry but with underlying darker, subtle structure. Good as an aperitif and to carry all the way through Italian dinners. — 8 years ago
