Not a bad way to start my Wednesday. Country Vintner tasting at Charleston Grill. Aromatic and perfumed nose of earth-covered mushrooms and red fruit. This wine is still so young and tight though, but I would love to revisit this vintage in a decade or two. I couldn't stop smelling it. — 9 years ago
Amazing. This vintage has aged beautifully. The nose smells like Meyer lemon peel, possibly slightly burnt with mineral notes. The palate is smooth, silky citrus - lemon and lime, with its zesty acidity fully intact. — 9 years ago
To quote the wine rep discussing this wine "those in Montlouis sur Loire will tell you they make the best Sauvignon Blanc. So will those in Sancerre." I love Sancerre, so after giving it a try...this was gorgeous. The nose was full mineral and lemon. The palate was so dry and crisp with hints of lemon that all I wanted were oysters and shellfish. — 9 years ago
Field blend of grapes. Citrusy notes with brioche and tangerine on the nose, followed by juicy orange, apple, and pear with fuller body and larger bubbles. — 9 years ago
YUM. First wine from Luxembourg I've tried. Smells like petrol, orange blossom, and peaches, and tastes exactly the same but the lingering finish is what gets you. It seems flabby at first, but the acidity remains intact and follows through for about a minute after your sip. Soft and mellow, perfect age for drinking. — 9 years ago
Leather, plum, dark cherry, and earth dominate the nose on this wine with a hint of black olive. The palate has velvety tannin that envelops the mouth, with sweet tobacco, plum, and red fruit rounding out the palate. Cuvée Bruno. — 9 years ago
Fresh on the nose, leesy, with raspberries and strawberries. Creamy, riper red fruit with juicy acidity and medium bubbles and lasting finish. 100% Pinot Noir from Jean-Charles Boisset, who also owns DeLoach Vineyards. — 9 years ago

Having tried about 5 of their wines I can't say which was my favorite, since they were all spectacular. Wonderful acidity and structure. — 8 years ago
