Decanted in the glass for a few hours after opening. Very fresh with raspberry, strawberry, spice and nice acid. The next day we finished the bottle and it really opens up with dark fruits and a velvety rush mouth feel. — 2 months ago

Well past it’s prim, which is no surprise. 2012 was when they changed their style to garner the favor of certain critics unfortunately. Wagner was definitely not using as much Mega Purple in 12 but it comes through now. Last time I had this about 4 years ago it was much better but still nothing to write home about. — 2 months ago
