Delicious. Opened this about 90 minutes before I served. Slightly tannic at first, needed time to open. Served it with a rosemary grilled lamb loin and israeli couscous salad. The nose was earthy, well balanced - fruity to taste. Not too bold, rounded and a wonderful companion to the lamb. Any burgundy fan will enjoy this wine! — 8 years ago
