This is a bit of a slap round the chops. Can’t sip and forget about it. Acidity and bitterness hides the identity of flavours in my opinion. This could pair well with a strong cheese. Maybe i’ll come back to this in 10 years and appreciate it as my tastes have matured, but for now it’s not really my bag. — 5 years ago
