Pretty dark purple in color. Aroma has a big caramel impression with some dried fruits layered in - think date. Body is heavy syrup like that finishes velvety. Great balance between a tart acidity and medium sweetness. Age has been very kind to this bottle. — a year ago

Peppermint and Asian pear aroma. Candied orange is my first immediate impression followed by the rollercoaster of a mouthfeel - tingling to juicy sour to tartness. Mid palate showcases that delicate Asian pear note with some kefir lime action going on. I get a lingering starfruit impression on the finish.
