It is very thin and delicate. Some grass, maybe a bit of berries and peach, minerals on the back. It's kind of a pushover, wishing for more assertiveness. 2014. — 7 years ago
Tart, of strawberries and fruit but unexpectedly dry, with mineral notes. Would drink again. — 8 years ago
A bone dry rosé. Subtle notes of berry and hay on the nose, but the usual fruit and berry flavors are hidden with a strong mineral finish of slate and steel. Would pair very well with spicy or fatty meals, a bit too stringent by itself for leisurely summer drinking (at least for my palette.) — 7 years ago
Incredibly interesting rosé. Everything you'd expect of a rose, but notes of the Sauvignon Blanc grassiness on the aroma and front-end. Slightly sweeter, but dry-drinkers do not fear it. — 8 years ago
Surprisingly un-rosé. It's more earthy and leathery than the fruit. Bold, but not overpowering for fish and lighter weekday fair. — 7 years ago
With any other meal, the minerality would be at the fore, but with a rare rack of lamb, the minerals are tamed and the fruit notes are heightened. Clear, slightly brick color with hints of ruby. Smells of roses and leather. Incredibly subtle tannins. — 7 years ago
A hint of sweet in the mouthfeel. A great addition to seafood or spicy curry. — 8 years ago

Wow. Bright notes of blueberries, blackberries. Gentle tannins. Very little on the finish. A subtle red when you don't really want to pair a white with pork. — 7 years ago
