Great value, classic, wet wool, honeyed notes, stone fruits, minerals, great concentration. — 8 years ago
A beauty! Very high pitched, with racy acidity, lemon curd, balanced mineral notes. Very pure expression of Puligny. Such a treat. — 9 years ago
My first experience with Ehren’s Oregon wines. Red plums, well integrated earth, floral notes. Beautiful silky texture. Fine grained tannins and juicy wild red fruits on finish. Over delivers on every level for the price of this wine. Must serve at cellar temp. Delicious! — 6 years ago
Sets a high standard for Sonoma Coast appellation wine. 2015 vintage. Concentrated pomegranate, wild raspberry, tart cherry. Just the right amount of baking spice and moderate tannins. Yum! — 8 years ago
Tasted blind and nailed this wine (a rarity for me!). Delicious with all the typicity of good Greache. Stalled on mid palate a bit, but nice approachability and long rich ganache finish. — 9 years ago
White flowers, fruit cocktail nose, classically dry with notes of melon, pear, mineral. — 7 years ago
2016 vintage, just arrived. Soft and pretty. Layers of lovely red fruits and melon, mixed with quince, soft spice, and just a hint of structure. Mouth watering and drinkable. Another dangerous afternoon Rose! — 8 years ago
Super Bowl Chablis! Slight reduction on finish, otherwise pretty spectacular. Lemon curd, kiwi, minerals, soft texture, super lively finish of all flavored above. — 9 years ago
Forgot how delicious Genepi was! Sipping on this while baking holiday treats. Perfect! — 9 years ago
Ben Brennan
Consistently my favorite California Cabernet producer so I’m a bit biased! ‘07 was pretty smokin, olive compote, savory herbs, cassis upon opening. Served with flat iron steak and made an awesome pairing. Perfect restraint, balance, acidity and length. Can age longer, but I prefer a good amount of primary fruit. Starts showing tertiary characteristics after about 45 mins. — 5 years ago
