Delicious but often discordant white blend. Mild acidity that played backing to full fleshy fruits, and an odd bitterness clanged against it all. Wouldn’t say no to another bottle, but I’m sticking to their weirder stuff. — 4 years ago

Wild strawberries, cantaloupe rind, really juicy, lots of rosemary and tangerine, too, super fun. Moderate acidity and the faintest tannins. — 4 years ago

Green apple, lemon tart, little thyme and rosemary herbaciousness, too, on the nose. Plush mouthfeel, hefty dosage but not overbearing, a good “my first champagne” for my first Champagne. — 4 years ago

so this is beaujolais nouveau…. bubblegum, banana runts, blueberries, with an almost beery freshness, mild tannins, and a lingering acidity that’s quite pleasing. Gorgeous ruby crystal color, riff raff saying “Dr. Pepper” is stuck in my head on a loop — 4 years ago

Very brett-y but fun fizz. Bold acidity and some nice saline and umami notes. Drinking with oysters, would be interested to see what it’s like in 3-4 years — 4 years ago

Really wonderful. Golden sunset body, slight oxidation on the nose, with the shift of smoke. Not sure why this is sold as a white, since it’s merlot with at least some skin contact, but the slight tannin plays so well with the ox and the smoke and the sugar—a really killer wine with spicy fatty food, which, let’s be realistic, is often what’s on the plate. Will buy two more bc I can’t wait to see where these are in 2-4. — 4 years ago

Everything I loved about the 2018, but younger, slightly more discordant. Can’t wait to try it again in a couple years. Cherries, melon, rubber, rosemary, burnt sage. Like licking your hands after a bike ride to the cherry orchard. — 4 years ago

Beautiful gold color, wildflower honey and brine on the nose, thin body but medium acidity and packed with minerality and that funky honey flavor, like licking a spoon you’ve used to dig out the crystallized stuff at the bottom of a jar. — 4 years ago

As I drink it, it’s growing on me; biscuity notes and the saltiness are becoming more apparent. Wish I had a bowl full of pretzels.
