Cherries, herbs, some pepper, subtle earth.
It’s deep and serious but drinks light. It’s really cool.

Like your really rich friend who’s still down to earth.

Cold crispy apple and citrus. Really balanced level of acid and salinity to make a pleasant drink. Can chug this but also deep enough to get you thinking a big. Good presence in the mouth (PAUSE) — 14 days ago

Earth and foresty nose. Tart red fruit, raspberry, red currant. Same on the palate. Strong earthy notes that manage to let some red fruit come through. Enough acid to lift everything up and despite the earth forward vibe, it drinks so so so so fucking fresh.

This is a great awesome tasty Pinot. Overperformed for the price I paid. So so so good.

Crispy acid. Citrusy notes and mildly floral. Salinity was very real in this one.

Pretty good. I’m not mad at it but I remember having the same cuvée that drank a little more balanced.

Still a good one though, but I love Alsace whites

Crispy green apple that comes with good minerality to balance it out. Tasty stuff!

Felt like I was outside on a cold mountain eating apples and pears.

Very earth forward imo. Mild fruits like tart cherry, red currant and good energy give it some lift and juiciness. But the main thing here is the earthiness but it still drinks light and refreshing! Good stuff! — 2 months ago

Very very very light Pinot noir. Like candied watermelons, strawberries and other red fruit. Really gives off that red jolly rancher vibe. Just super light and unserious in a good way. — 5 days ago

A bit harsh on with the acidity on first open. VA/Apple cider vinegar type thing going on that was blocking out the fruit. After letting it air out, the acid felt more pleasant and electric I guess lmao. Fruit came out a little bit more and it finished with pretty distinct salinity. Thought it was good. Not the best I’ve had from Ginglinger but I’d drink it again tbh — a month ago

Chardonnay

Salty, nutty, then followed by pears and pineapples. Enough citrus/acid to lift it. Very cool to get a Chardonnay that has no buttery notes because I usually avoid Chardonnay because of that note.
