From a tasting excursion to the Rouge Valley in Oregon, I did the Vineyard to Table tasting at the winery. It was a great experience with a three course pairing. This Pinot was matched with pork belly which was exquisitely prepared by their own chef. Still young with tastes of cherries, olives, and rosemary.
