Well balanced acidity with bright lemon, lime, and grapefruit flavors. Paired deliciously with roasted pork and polenta. — a month ago
Calsecco is a sparkling white blend made using the Prosecco method but not sweet at all. It’s surprisingly crisp and citrusy, with stone fruit flavors and low alcohol at 11.8%. We discovered it while tasting at the winery and it was delightful and refreshing on a warm spring afternoon. — 3 months ago
Deep golden color with some sediment. Opened up after a few minutes of decanting. Strong minerality with apple, pear, and hint of butterscotch. — a month ago
Lighter alcohol, grippy tannins, and medium bodied with strawberry, raspberry, and cranberry fruit. Minerality that provides hints of cocoa and thyme. — 3 months ago
From L Campo, one of our favorite restaurants in Livermore, this Cava is crisp, citrusy, and slightly sweet with flavors of yellow apple, apricot, pear, and a touch of yeast. Pairs elegantly with paella. — 15 days ago
Medium tannins still prevalent in this 10 year old vintage and some sediment. Higher in alcohol (15.1%) that overshadowed some flavors. Plum, fig, cocoa, blackberry, and blueberry. — 3 months ago
Medium bodied with sediment, this wine had a complexity of different distinct flavors and aromas. Cedar, black cherry, cocoa, cranberries, and some pepper among others. Medium to high tannins, with sediment after 8 years it could continue to lay down for years. Well balanced and very smooth with a finish that lingers. — 3 months ago
