I understand that Malbec is typically bold but this one is over the top. Almost had to chew before I swallowed it. Didn't taste very good either. — 9 years ago
Upon insertion into the oral cavity, OL Merlot immediately sweeps you away to the Plum Forest in the Hills of Tuscany. Assertive to the naive palate at first, much like MD 20/20 on Galveston Island during spring break; eventually it bullies the gustatory cells into believing that this novelty was not purchased at Wal-Mart. Instead, through sheer persistence via quantity, the supposed blackberries and plums reach out and tantalize your soul. After the third bottle, it is impossible to discern from any other Red, or white or vodka...whatever. Friendly to the checkbook register too. 😌 — 9 years ago
Wow. That's all I have to say. Departing from the cutsie wine lingo, I will say that this is a mainstay in the cellar if you can find a vendor. Best SB I've ever had period.

Very immature wine, the ETOH can be tasted before anything else. Lingering aftertaste is not so great either. Submit to the cooking shelf. — 9 years ago

Simply an amazing Pinot Noir, instantly able to nose the pecans and finishes so smooth. Only regret is buying one bottle on the first go. — 9 years ago
Amazing Pinot for every occasion! Priced very nicely too. Great choice when you just can't decide which red you want to sip on. The Bread and Butter of our selections. — 9 years ago
