First Israeli and Kosher wine.
Aroma: reduction, bright pineapple, unripe pineapple, mineral
Taste: match stick, oak, hint of malo, overripe pineapple, papaya.
Medium+ acidity, as it opens the alcohol is more present
Blinded the staff and got either Pinot Grigio or old-world Sauvignon Blanc. — 6 years ago
Maybe the best Coloradan Pinot Noir?
Comes across as more old world than new except the alcohol is a tad more noticeable. — 6 years ago
Maybe the best sparkling wine I’ve had — 6 years ago
Reductive and a little eggy, which has diminished a lot after being open and jostling around my car for a day.
The aroma is packed with crushed pepper, dried herbs, and a hint of gaminess alongside some minerality.
The gamey quality really inserts itself into the flavor along with the crushed black pepper along with some tart Balaton cherry skins and a kiss of candied cherries. The reductive quality is still there lurking in the background. — 6 years ago
Dry, crisp, and minerally. — 6 years ago
White flowers and non-oxidative nuttiness, love it — 6 years ago
There’s a lot of black cherry, raspberry with more subtle cedar and light smoke. Balanced — 6 years ago
Really enjoyed this.
Aroma: crushed violets, blackberry skin, forest floor, mild lavender, and candied flowers
Flavor: Lots of blackberry, forest floor, mild spice mid-palate, dark cherry skin, and slate minerality
The tannins are soft and mild, with a very balanced body & acidity. — 6 years ago
One of my favorite Italian reds. Lots of acidity with low tannins. Bright, tart cherry skins with some citrus peel, moderate earthiness, moderate pepper, and tart raspberry. This wine craves food. — 6 years ago

Very dry with a great acidity. Notes of white flowers, unripe peach skin, almond, lemon pith, and subtle green apple.
Can’t wait to have this during the summer — 6 years ago
