Light ruby. Nose of ripe plum, earth. Medium tannins. — 8 years ago
Yeast and white flower in the nose. Mineral, acid on the finish. Incredibly food friendly. Don't chill too much - nose is best just chilled from room temp. — 9 years ago
Raspberry in the nose, nice pepper on the palate. Benefits from 1hr decanted. Lovely balance. — 9 years ago
Taut acidity, strong cedar with a bit of mulling spices. Some plum. I found it too tannic initially but greatly improved when paired with a rich soft cheese. — 8 years ago
A lot of lemon, acidity, a little bit of salinity. This isn't super complex but it's food-friendly, and for the $ pretty solid. — 9 years ago
