When this bottle was first opened it was really its "natural" side coming through. A couple hours later and we were in Pinot heaven! Beautiful red cherry notes with earth and minerality shining through. Shortly thereafter that sweet spot had turned into "peanut". A delight if you can catch it at its peak! — 8 years ago
