Shindig Fizzi Pink
With a nose of berry, lime, and a slight minerality, fizzi pink is a dry, effervescent sparkling wine with notes of cherry and raspberry. I love it.

2014 Brooklyn Oenology's Sauvignon Blanc just hit the shelves a few weeks ago at $22 a bottle. Features artwork by Jayne Holsinger. It gives a nostalgic nose of canned pear and grapefruit. Has a beautifully racy acidity that's balanced with sweeter fruit notes of guava, pineapple, melon, citrus, Meyer lemon, and papaya. This is a great cheese wine, and would pair especially well with a creamy buttery cheese like Camembert or a smooth blue. -TJ, Manager, Brooklyn Oenology — 9 years ago
2013 Shindig by Brooklyn Oenology. Alie Shaper's zingy, fun wine is even better over time. Opened some this Xmas 2015, and the longer it was open the better it tasted. Good decant before serving. Full smooth fruity mouthfeel with a nice clean acidity on the lemony finish. Warm belly post drink. Hard to say "when" with this anytime white. — 9 years ago
Full bodied albariño with rich floral aromas of kiwi and lime, Bone dry with bright acidity, with flavors of key lime and pears..

Deliciousness in a bottle. With aromas of cherries, plums, and hints of vanilla and black pepper, this 3-varietal red is a beautiful summer-styling wine.

This rosé is what I call "lemonade" rose. It's easy-drinking and citrusy, and it would be right at home in a cooler on the beach. It's got a little more body than some rosés I usually drink, and it has a long, velvet finish.

2012 First Crush by Bedell. Fruity, with tart berry, vanilla fullness and a touch of smoke. Nice acidity keeping it interesting. Paired it with Old Chatham Sheepherding Co. Camembert. Slightly thin on opening, decanted to fullness after a couple days.

2013 Cab Franc/Lemberger
This red blend has notes of plum and pepper on the nose, with a refreshing balanced acidity and cranberry fruitiness on the tongue.

Roanoke vineyards "brio" white blend° 2014, North fork L.I.
°66% chardonnay, 14% viognier, 12% muscat canelli, and 8% malvasia bianca
TASTING NOTES :
A pale colored zippy white blend with aromatic notes of Melon, minerals and white flowers followed by a mouthful of peaches and apricots. This wine is clean, elegant and deliciously fruity with a refined acidity to balance out all its fun flavors. Pairs great with summer picnics in the park.

Bright, refreshing pale tart cherry, a touch of sweet plum shape, great acidity, soft mouthfeel, silky but defined. Easy on the palate, entices leisurely sippers to have a couple extra chilled at the ready. Definite summer day into evening wine. — 9 years ago
