One of the best Syrahs I've had in a long time, slight RS but it works with the smokey blueberry and silky cranberry and spicy tannin notes. Quality product — 9 years ago

Lemon merengue on the nose, hay color, good acid, pineapple, taste ends quickly — 9 years ago
After popping the synthetic cork, aromas of dark fruit and floral notes cleared the air. I let it breathe for a few minutes then aerated it into my glass, noting the deep garnet hue. On the nose, black cherry, vanilla and creme brûlée. On the palate I picked up more red fruit, red cherry and raspberry first, then the silky spice tones of cassis and cinnamon. The finish bites with a quick jolt of acid towards a dried fruit (fig and prune) aftertaste. — 7 years ago
Caramel vanilla and maraschino cherry on the nose, medium body, loose acid and tannins, granite tobacco on the tongue. Finishes with dull acid. — 9 years ago
Crystal clear with slight straw hue. Rich in acid, boldly dry. Great opened up among friends on a sunny day or as an aperitif. Yellow fruit and minerals on the nose. — 8 years ago
Appears to be a deep garnet color, inky and opaque. On the nose aromas of cherry pie crust, vanilla and black cherry exist but fade readily. Hot on the nose as the first sip is taken. On the tongue tart berry flashes. With acid levels slow to rise, medium-light tannins and a semi-astringent medium body lead to a quick chalky finish. Leaves me wanting substance. Herbal and tropical on nose, acid is great and body is right where a rose should be. Tropical notes carried onto the tongue as well as some floral notes. It finished too sweet for me though, coming in at 12% abv. If it had been dry, I would have liked it better. Everything else was spot on. — 6 years ago
