Had this bottle with a .8 lb. rib-eye on my 30th birthday. Ate the whole steak and drank the whole bottle. The wine had the light body of a Pinot noir but a little more fruit flavor and subtle sweetness up front. Perfect match for the steak. — 10 years ago
