Organic, biodynamic, brut nature GOODNESS! Special occasion bubbles.
This wine is an equal blend of pinot noir and chardonnay, fermented separately in used barriques. — 2 months ago
A perfect Spätburgunder from Baden — the closest a German Pinot Noir has tasted to Burgundy, and an excellent value at ~$40 a bottle.
Classic Pinot noir flavors of cherry, raspberry, and earth. — 6 days ago

A brilliantly delicate and clean Cremant de Loire. Mostly Chenin with some Grolleau Noir blend.
If you like Brut Nature champagne, this is a great value alternative — 2 months ago
One of my favorite Dao whites! — 6 days ago
Delightfully refreshing Vinho Verde blend. Perfect with young, semi firm cheese and tinned fish. — 6 days ago
An incredibly powerful, oxidative wine from Jura. The intensely nutty, salty, oily, honied flavors were magical with the “Pastured chicken, preserved lemon, garlic confit” dish which tasted braised and white-saucey.
This would also be perfect with stinky cheese! — 2 months ago

A dynamic white that out kicks its coverage.
My wine shop said it best: “Ribolla Gialla
Venezia Giulia, Italy

100% Ribolla Gialla made in the same process as the Friulano above. These are clean and thoughtfully made wines with nothing added... As Mario puts it: "Some would say that our wines are made by subtraction, and perhaps yes, we like to give a more light and crisp character to what we produce … 'Less is more.'" The Ribolla Gialla is deliciously light and perfect for serving with a a first course- like antipasti (salty nuts, cured ham, and olives).
