Dry and minerally with a hint of strawberries on the nose. So yummy. Perfect with Christmas Eve Oyster Stew. — 10 years ago
Wrong. It's the Sauv Blanc, not the Cabernet. Lots of minerality. Hints of fleur de sel on the back giving a slightly savory quality to the finish. — 10 years ago
Perfect with grilled pork tenderloin. Classic notes of strawberry and beautiful acid on the finish. — 10 years ago
This is the Sauv Blanc, not Rosè of Grenache. A very well crafted wine. Nothing that blew my mind but spot on flavors. — 10 years ago
Gentle acidity. From coastal Casablanca. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer. No oak. — 10 years ago
