Medium acidity, medium tannin, medium alcohol. A lot of savoriness- green peppercorn, leather and tobacco. Recesses plummy fruit. — 8 years ago

Bruised yellow apple, pear, lemon pith and lime candy, some but moderate oak. I get a little sulfur or something here. — 8 years ago
Perfect summer gruner. Fit the bill — 7 years ago
Delicious. Just ripe black fruits, black cherry, black olive, with some smokiness and roasted meat on the back. Some grippy tannins here as well. — 8 years ago
Great filler bodied gruner, but still zippy — 8 years ago
A Chablis lovers Riesling. Low acidity for a Riesling, but well balanced with ripe yellow apple and pear. Lacks complexity and floral nose. — 8 years ago
I like this a lot more than expected. Drinks more like a Sonoma Zin. Full fruit on the nose - black plum, cherry, pomegranite and raspberry- becomes slightly recessed on the palate giving room for some black pepper, mint and tea leaves. Great CA zin from a classic producer. — 8 years ago
