I like everything about this wine: the pale-medium-purple color, the dark fruit and white pepper nose, the round tannins and lively alcohol (14.5%) and lasting, smooth vanilla finish...all make it a next-level wine sold at an unbelievably value-driven price of ~$20/btl. Muga never disappoints. This is a treat from Rioja that I can’t find often but will reach for at every opportunity. Balanced and bright with dark fruit notes. Pair with lamb and vegetables. — 5 years ago
