Had this wine with ahi tuna poke and thought it went quite well. The strong minerality in the wine balanced the raw fish really nicely. Definitely ordering this wine again when I have sushi or oysters. — 9 years ago
Had this wine with seared scallops. Bright acidity with notes of pineapple and lemon. Went really well and tasted slightly sweet with the seafood. — 9 years ago
