It's a red blend that doesn't specify its varietals. No real aroma to it and quite a heavy tannin taste. It has a high ABV of 14.5% so it does the job :-) but probably won't make it on my list of to be repeated or gifted list.

It was a full bodied red, with hints of chocolate. Really smooth, but I didn't give it my full attention. Will try it again with more focus. Great with a stew. — 7 years ago
