Napa Valley Winemaker (2025- Bin To Bottle)
Pretty, estery, thin, nice acidity. This is what I’m crossing my fingers for when I pay $10 for a Pinot Grigio. — a month ago
2023 Sauvignon Blanc-
A touch of reduction, which I’ll call flint, and a touch of muted ripe fruit and green pea. Full bodied for a SB with bright acidity. — a month ago
Third time having this vintage, great every time, but I think this the end of its lifespan. Fresh apple has turned to baked apple, it’s always had some brioche and toasty notes, fabulous mousse and fine bubbles. Today a touch bitter to start (a bit unusual for this wine) but character went away. — 5 days ago
Napa Cab, no more, no less.
Red fruit, full bodied, a very silky example. Very pleasant, a bit boring. — a month ago
Ripe. Rich aromatics for the varietal, some weight behind the sugar. Could use some acid. Worked great with Orange Chicken. — 18 days ago
Took a while to open up and went through some weird evolutions on it’s way there, but once there it was great- full bodied, rich, ripping acidity, great pallet presence, with lime and crushed oyster seashell flavor. — a month ago
Subtle aromatics, mineral driven with some candied lemon. Ripping acidity (a touch of CO2 at Bottling seems to be present) overwhelms any weight and texture in the wine, but I don’t mind at all… — 2 months ago

I’m just matching the other ratings so the winery doesn’t suffer because I opened this too late. Fat, ripping acidity on the palate but aromatics are reduced to caramel. Freshness is gone. — 5 days ago
