Clear medium ruby color. Nose is clean medium with cherry spice oak. Taste is dry medium acid, light tannin, medium body, flavors of cherry, green apple, vanilla, plum, and light cedar with s long finish. Rated as good as there is a slight imbalance in the flavors. — 8 years ago

Pale lemon color. Medium nose with green apple, citrus, and butter notes. High acid, medium body, with flavors of lemon, honeydew melon, green apple, vanilla, and minerality with a medium finish. A very good example. Paired with miso and sushi. — 8 years ago
