This is fascinating. Initial nose is all blueberries. Mouth is all spice. The two don’t match. Over time in the glass, they gel until the nose and the mouth match. A little astringency towards the end. — 7 years ago
This is delicious. Good, old fashioned oak, buttery and rich, with a solid steel rod of acidity and stone fruit. Delicious!

Bone dry. Very light, but with some nice musk and fruit — 7 years ago
Red grape made as a white wine. No skin contact. “Soft” lemon sorbet. Some nutty ideas, some acid, great structure. Great length — 7 years ago
Very clean, nice acid, something a bit “funky” mid palete. With olives, there is an almost salty, flinty flavour. Very interesting... a nutty, toastiness on the nose... — 7 years ago
One of the lighter style Viognier. But it it 5 years old... — 8 years ago
Very nice. Acid well intergrated. Lime, flint, good length. A well rounded wine — 7 years ago
I’m drinking the Obsessive Shiraz. Great length, almost star anise with meatiness. Some fruit (red currants?) at the back of the nose, but the initial impression is all protein based. Middle weight pallet, some lovely silkiness and really great length... — 7 years ago
Thin, slight "soapy" aftertaste. Some nice white nectarine and grapefruit, but spoiled by the soapy aftertaste. — 7 years ago

Great use of wood with a lovely structure and a touch of acid towards the end. Softens down with a little time in the glass. Some oiliness. Good length. Some white nectarines — 7 years ago
