Just had this with Linguini and King Prawns done in Garlic and Lime. Roasted cherry Toms and Black Olives, topped off with a piece of Salmon and Pea Shoots.

We drunk this with spicy sausages and followed up with some strong cheeses.
Not sure the spicy sausages was the right thing to have with this wine. But nonetheless we really enjoyed it.
Deep rich colours but amazingly with a sweet taste of strawberries! The spice ruining our palate I reckon.

Had this with a starter or hot rolls and baked Camembert. Roast beef, garlic cream cheese potatoes, crispy fried leeks and savoy cabbage with lemon rind and pine nuts.

We had this with pork loin steak rubbed with fajita seasoning and left to marinade. New potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers & broccoli.
The wine went exceptionally well and brought out the flavour in the pork. As the seasoning was spicy the wine became sweeter during the meal. But it made no difference to it being superb! Finished the wine off with a little hard cheese. Yummy again! — 9 years ago
