Lighter bodied Rioja. dark fruit, cherry and pomegranate undertones. Understated oak. Interesting mouth feel on a fresh pour, almost effervescent or spicy, this dwindles after a few moments. Mid palate and finish of tobacco and pepper, but indeterminable favors as well. — 10 years ago
