"Iced" wine, not "ice wine". Is a temperature controlled process that gives less of the thick sweet syrup consistency of most ice wines. This is a very pleasant flavor with some tropical fruit notes.
Brand new wine, made with dried almost raisin like grapes. Leads to a thicker almost syrup consistency which is less sweet than I expected. Has slight acid finish which balances some of the sweetness.
