This is a phenomenal Cabernet Sauvignon. It's a single vineyard from St Helena and pairs great with a nice steak! Big bold tannins, with notes of oak and blackberries, black currants, and alittle jamminess to it. Definitely a must try if you are in the Red Bank area!! — 9 years ago

Not your typical Chardonnay (and in a good way)! This Chardonnay is unoaked and aged in stainless steel so it doesn't have those oaky notes that can sometimes be too much. This Chardonnay is clean and crisp, well balanced, with notes of citrus and green apples and finished with a butteriness from malolactic fermentation. This Cabernet is a blend of a couple of Cabernet Sauvignon single vineyards and a Malbec, giving it a uniqueness. Nice notes on the nose with a matching flavor profile.
