Open + decanted one hour. Pale straw, lime green tinge. Almond and lemon first nose. Toasted almond and sesame second nose. Clean, saline mouth - lemon, lemon rind. Sour tart first mouth. Very short key lime finish - sweet sour and tart. Dry. High acid. Pure and clean burgundy expression. Could use more time. Very pleasant but wonder whether some of the tart and sour notes die down with another 5+ years — 6 years ago
