Crushed oyster shells, wet rock, pears, and slight honey dominate the nose. Bright, and acid driven, more oceanic minerals and saline, seaweed, rich apples and pear, brioche and a touch of honey. Lingering minerality and acidity. Elegant, delicate, but with poise and strength. Can’t wait to see this mature and continue to improve. A real treat. — 7 years ago
Violets, dark cherries, developing into more driven spice, earth, and minerality. Slightly grippy, and a touch of alcohol. Delicious now and full of potential. — 7 years ago
Better after an hour, but beautiful stoniness and Chablis like minerality. Rich in the sense that it bring a heftier brioche and pear aspect, but has tangy lemon, distinct salinity, and an encompassing sourdough character to round it all out. Delicious — 7 years ago

Bouquet of fresh violet and lavender, sage, rosemary, cherry, and earth. Structured. Showed beautiful delicate floral lavender, cherry, and red currant after some air. Long finish with good acid and red fruits, earth. — 7 years ago
