Honestly a bit torn about this Honjozo. Nose is damn awesome. A lot going on, but then just a tad too sweet for my tastes. It did make one of the best beer/sake pairings though. With Ft.George Overdub session IPA. Nice foil to that crisp, less malty style of IPA. — 9 years ago
