Really nice. Light to medium bodied but with more depth beyond just red fruit, earthy and actually felt a little fuller on the palate than it looks in the glass. Would go really well with pasta and even a cheese plate with some cured meats. Around $30. — 4 months ago
Velvety from start to finish but not too heavy. I must have had a different vintage versus others below because I felt subtle acid made for a good mouthfeel - so soft on the palate it was a pleasure to drink. Recommended as a substitute for another Lange Nebbiolo and didn’t disappoint. — 4 months ago
Inky dark fruits with hints of violet. Opened up even more on the second day. — 9 days ago

Expected more a funk powerhouse but it was very elegant. — 4 months ago
Needed a good pairing for a burger at Brooklin Inn. Nothing unique but a solid red. Easy to drink. Balanced, fruity, with a bit of oak. — 4 months ago

At 9 years old this needed to breathe a week. Opened it and the only thing on the nose and palate was alcohol. Have been drinking a few of Stag’s other labels (Fay) from around the same time period and they are drinking much better - still bold and full bodied but with more fruit than alcohol notes. — 4 months ago
Excellent value for money. Awesome nose, tasted like it had more age on it, with some secondary funk notes. $21 — 4 months ago
