It's always fun to wake a sleeping giant! It does take time for this big boy to wake up so even with 11 years of aging this wine still has an easy 10-15 years more of maturing! I noticed a charcoal lined cigar box,smoked ham with tons of black truffle,almonds,earthy,with still ripe black raspberry and cherry fruits..Wow knock your socks off amazing!!! — 8 years ago
