High altitude Sonoma Malbec from a great vineyard (Monte Rosso) and almost a decade of time waiting. Everything was working in this wine - tannins, black current, leather, cigar smoke, dried herbs, hint of dried flower. This tastes like a Malbec that grew up in Cote Rotie. — 7 years ago

Drinking perfectly - dark red cherries, black plum, roasted meat, leather, menthol, and slight hint of yellow bell, pepper, all wrapped in elevated tannins and a long, silky finish. — 7 years ago
