What a treat. Perfumed nose was showing a mix of dried rose petals, bing cherries and ripe raspberries. The palate followed a similar showing but not nearly as intoxicating. This was one of those wines I didn't want to drink because the aromatics were one of a kind. — 11 years ago

Unfortunately this bottle seemed a little over the hill. More prune-brawny characteristics w/ not an appealing finish. I love these wines and have consistently bought them. Unfortunately this one was over. — 11 years ago
