Like eating a blackberry tart while cleaning your grill. — 8 years ago
Lots of cherry and plum flavors. A touch grapey. Good with ribs, which was not expected. — 8 years ago
Good development. For a sub $15 red this is tops. It's not terribly profound or deep but it doesn't rely on sugar and it has plenty of different faces as it opens up. Great effortless pairing with pasta and oil. — 8 years ago
Doesn't look a bit of it's age. If this is the same as their Diamond Mountain Ranch CS (and I'm guessing that it is) then I've had the same stuff before, in 2009. It was a revelation then and it's a pure joy now. Harmonious and ever-changing layers of concentrated cassis, blackberry, mint, and earth are A Capella here in a lovely, resolved wine. — 8 years ago
Enchanting aroma. Balsa wood, pomegranate and a teeny bit of funk. It's very enjoyable but the flavors and texture do not live up to the nose. — 8 years ago

Enormous. This has stuffing for excellent drinking in the now-to-5-years range but I'm not sure its built for the long haul. Give it good long decant and get it below room temp. — 7 years ago
