What a delicious and versatile Sauvignon Blanc from Larry Hyde. Crisp and refreshing with lemongrass and citrus. Paired with seared scallops in butter and garlic it took on a caramel creamy deliciousness. But paired with scallop ceviche brought out a briny saline and lemon peel with white peach undertones. — 5 days ago
