This one's 11 old and still has it. Nose on the downside, but it still has it. Amazing palate, full of smoke, wood, meat and tobacco. Lingers playfully, with a pinch of acidity in the aftertaste. — 6 months ago

Definitely pinot. Dry and leathery palate. Great finish. — a month ago
Roussette de Savoie, domaine 'La Roche aux Truffes'. Amazing scents of pear, white peach and quince. Salty mouth, gently acid. Lovely. — 6 months ago
Tobacco, dried plum, chocolate and saw dust. Full-bodied, dry tannins. The bottle is 9 years old so probably on the downward slope. Hard to tell, in fact. Still great. — 7 months ago
