An 11 year old Pinot Noir from Bevan…what a treat! I don’t think it’s going to improve with further aging. It’s time to drink this one. — 3 months ago
Second bottle of this wine that I bought in Chateau de Pape. Would have been better earlier in its life. I just need to drink the foreign wines that I bring back sooner. — 4 months ago
Had this bottle over 2 nights and enjoyed both experiences. Always a favorite. Hope I have lots more in storage. — 2 months ago
Holding up well for a 13 year old PN. Drink now, it’s not going to get any better. — 3 months ago
Bought this at Penfolds and brought it back with me. This was a nice bottle of wine but the only one I have. — 4 months ago
We’re back at il Capitano in Port Duquesa having this wine for the second time. Enjoyed with our pizza & risotto. Same score as last time 19,45€, restaurant price. — 5 months ago
Seemed big on the alcohol for 14.5% to start but mellowed out nicely as time went on. I only bought one bottle to try because of the winemaker background and am sorry I didn’t get more. Oh well…always something else new on the horizon. — 2 months ago
Had dinner with a friend at Bruno’s in Brea and she brought this bottle of nicely aged wine from her late husband’s collection. Really enjoyed, no point in waiting any longer to consume. — 3 months ago
Restaurant price is 17€. An ok wine, not offensive, nothing special. Work well with the rack of lamb; full rack, should have shared the dish. La Choza in Casares, Spain. # — 5 months ago

I think the winery sent me this bottle for bidding on their Napa Valley Auction item…Thank you Meyer Family Cellars! I really enjoyed this bottle. I have fond memories of Silver Oak Bonny Vineyards CS. I don’t think the grapes came from that vineyard. — 25 days ago
